What's the value for your "maxsendsize" and "maxreceivesieze"?

Agree with james, This could be setting with your exchange server. You need to send same attachment to other domain like google,hotmail and if it deliverd then you can ask to yahoo mail support about this problem. Yahoo support Id you can see into your email pageAnil

I think the default is set to 10MB. Just check your connectors please.
